Getting following on both Firefox and IE when trying to access https://secure.telkomsa.net/ to check my usage. Never had this before untill half an hour ago.
After spending nearly an hour with Telkom ADSL help desk the answer was that Microsoft updated the security on some sites. Anyone else having the same issues? Can I trust this or what should I do? Nothing changed on my system and no MS updates installed!

This Connection is Untrusted

You have asked Firefox to connect
securely to secure.telkomsa.net, but we can't confirm that your connection is secure.

Normally, when you try to connect securely,
sites will present trusted identification to prove that you are
going to the right place. However, this site's identity can't be verified.

What Should I Do?

If you usually connect to
this site without problems, this error could mean that someone is
trying to impersonate the site, and you shouldn't continue.

Technical Details

secure.telkomsa.net uses an invalid security certificate.

The certificate is not trusted because the issuer certificate is unknown.

(Error code: sec_error_unknown_issuer)

I Understand the Risks

yep....having the same problem using chrome

I am not going to use it until the issue is fixed.....

Any suggestions? should we continue to access the site?

will call telkom and tell them as well.....but as I said I wont be checking my stats until its fixed.

Any suggestions as to what we should do. access the site regardless or not?

I think i accepted it sometime ago, seems to be working fine as the site looks the same except before seeing your results it says "Please wait while your request is being processed...!" thats about the only change i could see.

surprised me too, if worst comes to worst and i got phised sepose i could always change the p/w

When I last checked my stats it doesnt show all the decimals so it just shows 2.7 GB not 2.74GB

They've just renewed their cert. They probably forgot to install the Intermediate certificate which is why its complaining. Otherwise the browser does not contain the root cert for Entrust - unlikely though.

Having the same problem, the decimals and please wait changed about two days ago, this started this afternoon
