Please let me know where I can do so?
Phoning the call center and mentioning ARS - well, pretty sure you can imagine what they say - Yes, what is that?
 
Tried my hand there as well.... Subsequent to me giving up, I have been surprised by 3 different technicians phoning me.
All said the same thing. "Your line is fine. Call Telkom when the WC is over if you still have problems."

Sunday seems so far away :D
