Hi

If you order your ADSL through a third party like axxcess, how long does it take for them to enable your line for ADSL?

We are going for the uncapped through them, had a normal telkom line installed today and then ordering there adsl option.

About the same amount of time as it takes when ordering through teklom.

We were told by telkom to order our line and then the ADSL and they said it takes about 48 hours. Has anyone had it that fast before?

Odd, why is this in the iBurst section, as much as they are losers, you don't have to humiliate them.

order my adsl last Monday, was call Thursday to collect my modem, only to be told by telkom tech support my line has not yet been converted to adsl, yesterday techie came out to say my modem is faulty.
takes about 3days, if you don't have a modem that doesn't want to sync by you...
