Telkom all-day appt

I've moved house, and Telkom is supposed to be coming to the new place tomorrow to connect my line. If course, they don't give toy a time, you have to sit there the whole day waiting for them. But that aside, and assuming they do actually turn up at all, from what time might I expect them? I don't want to be up and ready at 8am if they only start wish at 9:30, for example. And what is the latest they might turn up?

Well I have a meeting scheduled for today, and the Telkom techie is already at my place. Sadly I am not there, but a neighbour has let him in.

Lol, to me this is the funniest thing ever. I pay my telephone company to provide a service and THEY TELL ME when they are available to come around. As if normal people stay at home all day everyday or can just skip work.
