Can someone direct me?

If not, is Telkom honoring the deal where you get an Explora if you upgrade to a 10Mbps line?

I upgrade in Feb to a 40mbps line and am still waiting for mine. Actually chatting to telkom right now about it...

correct. You have to agree to a 24 month contract of which ONLY upgrades are allowed. A downgrade is as good as a cancellation and you will be forced to pay the total cost of the 24 months worth of 10MB line rental in full.
