Is it actually monitored and anyone used it?

I used it a few minutes ago and recieved the reference number, but unsure if anything will happen

I log all Telkom faults online. I avoid the call centre like the plague.

As long as you have a ref number, all will be good. Will look something like 111cek030115.

And then the wait starts, me I have a few reference numbers and no Adsl since 24 Dec. I have a landline that works but no syncing at all.

I've logged 2 faults in the last two days.

2 Jan (early morning) - no service - restored within 6 hours.
2 Jan (around 10pm) - no service - restored by 9am this morning.

I hope I'm in different town to him..

As MickeyD pointed out, once you've received a ref number in that format then your fault has already been routed to the centre responsible for your exhange.

They came out ; did tests at my place and the exchange and say everything is working. But today I got the disconnecting again... Grrrrr

I'm guessing the only thing is to drop speed from 20 to 10 :( Weird thing is they came to me and I signed a contract and got the modem.

Wonder what now?

Cancel the contract tomorrow and don't take no for a answer. When stability is there and you know the average speed if you want do a contract then based on that speed.

Just reported my fault via the app and got a ref number. Sad though seeing iv had this line for less than 2 weeks and it's dead already
:(
