Can anyone tell me why my Telkom app tells me I have 2975 minutes left but a Telkom SMS tells me my All-Net voice bundle has been used up, and I can no longer make calls?

The data report is also contradictory. I get 1 Gig per month but it tells me stuff like 5 B left, 2.48 Gb used.

I sent a message to Telkom via the app asking this question but I have doubts about ever getting a response.

there is free telkom to telkom minutes that it might be confusing. (like 3000/pm)

I find the sms/USSD *188# gives you the most accurate figures.

Thanks. That might explain it.
It seems really dumb of them to mix free and non-free minutes on the same graph - especially in a context where there is the power to represent everything separately and graphically.

The voice history graph is also kind of useless. I know for sure I made calls in December and never made even half of 624 minutes in January.

More nonsense from the Telkom app:-
So it's the first of the month and my new data and minutes kick in overnight. In the morning I am faced with a report telling me that somehow exactly 500 minutes have already been used on a bundle that gives me 100 all-network. That meat is thrown into the same pot as the 3000 Telkom-to-telkom candy floss and I have no way of telling which is which let alone how 500 minutes is used up even before I even began. What's up with that? Did Telkom sell futures on what I would use? Are they sins I inherited from my forefathers?!

On the data side, I'm supposed to get 1 Gig and that shows well enough but just so I don't get on without any confusion at all, Telkom tells me I've used 1.48Gb already.

The only report that makes sense is the the SMS one. Evidently SMSes are simple enough for Telkom to report clearly. There are after all, only 50 per month.
