Telkom are the suck

Okay I dont get this, I have been waiting for a line for 4 months now and they keep telling me that the cabling team might be planning something at some stage but nothing concrete.

All of the houses/complexes around me have lines but not my complex.

The best part is that the line order for our intercom system(it runs off telscum lines) has been pending since January, so that makes it 11 months woot!

I dont actually know what to do from here, I have given the usual stuff like phoning them constantly and going into the Telkom direct stores, I have demanded area managers phone numbers but no one is willing to give them to me and I cant get hold of anyone with authority.

Does anyone have any clue as to who I can contact/throw rocks at?

Im at the point where Im going to have to start posting heaps of insults on the internet and then mailing the links to them.

Not going to make a difference. If you need internet connection and the current place doesnt have it, it's better to just move. Sad but that's what you get for living in Africa.

Or 3G. Which is expensive, like every other internet plan in S.A.

We just build this place, there is no chance of me moving now.

3G would be fine for a bit but I play online games so its not great for that and its way overpriced.
