Telkom Area Managers details ?

I was at the local Telkom office and a middle aged lady walked
in and only but went off at the local very friendly and helpful
Telkom ladies at the Garden Route Mall in George.
Connie very good and always a pleasure to deal with.

This lady started swearing using the f**k word repeatedly
as Telkom had really messed her installation up.
Does anyone have Telkom Area Managers details for the different
regions that we can use to contact them in case of Telkom
sending you on the run around.

In the past Telkom system when everything was localised,
instead of centralised useless helpdesks, support was great,
each major center had a manager on hand to sort out any irregularities.

Anyone got details for your regions. I once had hassles with
Kenya Airways late flight arrival which caused me to miss my
connecting flight and I sent an email to the CEO, got his name
from News websites and worked out their email address notation.

Got a response quickly from the local Kenya Airways representative
in Joburg. They paid for my overnight stay.

I used to work for Telkom for 15 years 5 years ago. The centralisation of the faults desks has taken the control away from the managers. Even the managers cant sent a tech to a client without asking the fault co-ordinator for permission.

We used to take pride in keeping our faults on hand at very close to nil. I remember my techs used to race to get to a fault within 10 minutes of it being reported. It is possible, I really hope they can can sort their problems out, I cant believe they have been so slow to react to this crisis.
