Telkom authentication problems past 3 months

Hi

I've been having endless authentication problems with Telkom over the past 3 months. I dial up 4 sessions and sometimes when 1 site disconnects the session doesnt reset and it doesnt allow it to reconnect. The only way to fix this is to phone 10215 to reset the sessions. Is this "authentication" problem affecting all SAIX isp's or is it just TelkomInternet.

I can't log into Telkom same problem whole morning, but can login with my
local IS account Telkom does not know me lousy?

I've had a similar problem this morning. My TelkomInternet accounts fail to authenticate (timeout actually) but my WebAfrica account works like charm.

Whats up with TelkomInternet this morning?

Had the same problem, they confirmed they having authentication problems - I am logged in now though.

Yes, I know they have authentication problems!!! BUT my question is, is it only TelkomInternet or all other ISP's that use SAIX?

Only Telskommel!!!!!!
Other ISP's work fine. .

TelkomInternet (both accounts) been capped so wouldn tknow, but WebAfrica has been fine.
