Telkom Bandwidth Usage Measurement - Telkom vs. SAIX

Client's usage on Telkom's portal shows 20GB thus exceeding his soft cap, while SAIX usage shows 9GB.

Surely these two measurements should be the same?

Same with me.

Titracker: 100GB + 40GB over + another 20GB top up and going down rapidly at about 500MB per hour. I've taken measures at home to ensure its not on my side.

SAIX: 79GB month to date.
