Telkom bill payment - error ?

Anyone else having an issue with the portal?

Usually I log on, click pay 'View and Pay your Home and Business Bill' and I see history and pay from within the site. Now though, it says :

Online Bill does not have accounts associated with your username or your Online Bill access has not been granted yet. It is advisable that you go back to the registration section and associate your Telkom accounts with your profile in order to view and pay your Telkom invoice(s) online.

Click here to go to the registration section

It will take 2 days to view and pay your Telkom invoices online, once you have associated your Telkom accounts with your profile.


PS Clicking to register takes me back to the home page ...

Paid account account via their portal on the 25th....no issue...

\tried to access their portal and got the same message you did....
\\in past, when the portal has been down, have gotten same registration spiel...maybe try later again.
 
Billing is late this month, I usually get mine emailed to me on the 27/28th but nothing yet.
