Telkom Bill, Questions, Help

Howzit guys,

Think with me here for a bit.

On the 7th of October I put in an order for my Telephone line & ADSL to be moved on 20th of November, and if there is any issues with the move for it , the line and the ADSL to be cancelled.

So Telkom was suppose to be cancelled on the 20th of November or end of November. Does not really matter. It is suppose to be cancelled.

When I ordered the Line and ADSL in the 1st place I remember getting my 1st bill after a month and having to pay

1 - For the past month from the date of install (Subscription Services)
2 - For 1 Month in advance (Subscription Services R618.42 ex vat)

So basically a double bill the 1st one.

On the back of the Telkom bill it says

You will be charged rental from the date of the installation of the services until the billing date, plus one month's rental in advance

So now I have a Bill that says Invoice date 09 Nov 2015 and due date 01 Dec 2015 for R705 including vat.
Stated previous payment on that bill is for R705 on the 28th of October

According to the above was that payment on the 28th of October not for the month of November seeing as one month's rental gets payed in advance?
Meaning this bill that I have now is also for services in advance, ie the month of December, a service I will not have.

Or I have all this wrong and the Invoice date of 09 Nov 2015 is for services for the month of November and I have till the 1st of December to pay it.

All in all I am a bit confused with this Telkom bill and some outside help is welcome.

Check page two of the invoice, it shows the services and periods you are being billed for.
