Telkom bill

I just received my Telkom bill and it is R120 more than last month
I do not use my phone has anyone else had the same problem?

Ah wait I'm being stupid
I checked old accounts and they have been Crediting me because of stolen line for last couple of months
This month none of the lines were stolen
