Telkom bosses 'summoned'

Johannesburg - Telkom's chairperson and chief executive officer have been summoned to testify on the award of a R600m tender for the manufacture of telephone cards.

Nomazizi Mtshotshisa, chairperson, and Papi Molotsane, CEO, must appear before commissioner Arnold Subel on July 10. Subel is conducting an investigation into the affairs of a smart card manufacturer in liquidation.

Consumer centric does not translate into stealing from your company and its clients. I wonder what telkom shares are doing...

That is very interesting, and I am glad people are doing things to root out corruption, it is about time this country got serious about corruption.. Just hope they look further up the food chain...

it would be easier and faster to elect a new government than routing out corruption.
