Guys i applied for adsl the technician came in he didn't event take 5 minutes at my place he checked the cable and said theres a brake at 3meters, he said theres nothing he can do so.the only thing is to escalate the problem with the cabling department.its been like 2 weeks since he left, so i was wondering if theres anyone with direct contact details to the pretoria cbd exchange manager or someone i can contact, don't suggest that i call the call center i called them like 45 times, they said theres nothing they can do from their side and the matter will be attended soon.

WOW, looks like they discontinued it
Their social media guys on Twitter especially are quite quick to respond - only issue is your 140 char limit... so do express all your issues on Facebook, HelloPeter and such
