Telkom Call Center?

Can or has anyone been able to get through in the last week?

I've currently been holding now for an hour and 23 minutes. I've been trying previously for the last 2 weeks and nobody answers the phone?

Their answer person is on a tea break.

Finally got through after 1 hour and 43 minutes.

I was told that they currently have 53 people on hold. So that person working there is actually doing a lot of work, considering he is taking one new call every 96 seconds..

Blah.. oh and to make things worse, My call logged 2 weeks ago, has been closed by somebody and now needs to be reopened AGAIN, for the 3rd time.

My wife phone Neotel though while I was on the phone, Somebody answered within 1 minute (At 18:40). She explained the problem to them and they took my details down and promised to phone me back when they roll out at the end of the year to convert.. Lets hope for the best, since I might still be waiting for telkom come end of November
