Soo I've been trying to get hold of Telkom Internet through the 10210 call centre and every time I get transferred to the internet department my call does not get answered!! Common Telkom Fix your Call centre IVR system , its Broken. I tried calling 5 times with the same result and being on hold for more than 20 minutes at a time. Is there a number than we can call directly to the internet department?
