Do they really seriously expect someone to wait in a queue for half an hour to get some support ?

Pathetic - why are they still in business ?

( Probably because some of my clients still use them, but I will change that tomorrow. ).
 
Even MTN is way better. You wait about 1sec-59sec. Why can't they employ more people?
 
They don't give a crap. What's happening with this whole court case thing? So much for them going down ;/

Half an hour is not that bad.
The other day I was holding for just over 1 and a half hours...and this was with the call-back service.
