Telkom call?

Hello

I got a call from "telkom" telling me my ADSL line has been upgraded automatically from a 2 to 4mb line

Then i looked at my router, line still syncing at 2mb.

I call telkom and they were like there was no order to upgrade your line.

Am i missing something?

I think it was part of a free upgrade to all users.

Try reboot your router.

wow, phoned telkom and spoke to 2 useless people.

Then phoned again, spoke to david - this guy was awesome, he is a gamer like most of us, checked with the exachange, could see i am being upgraded. even tested my line on 4mb to make sure it would be stable.
