would you mind sharing this link, where cancellations are actioned.I’ve just cancelled my adsl contract with them on the 6th feb via their online website by the 10th I was disconnected . Today I received the final invoice . Had 7 months left in the contract so only got charge R291 the claw back period of the router. So the cancellation was a breeze but they also cancelled the landline which I didn’t request . Tried sorting that out for few days but I’ve gave up trying . I will go to the Telkom shop to try and get the number on a sim card

You would need to register to them if you not registered as yet . Once you registered, click on manage my account and do the cancellation. You would need to only submit a copy of your ID
Same here.I cancelled online, everything done in a jiffy, no hassles.
