I've been trying to cancel my Telkom service since Feb 2018 without any success. I've sent emails, been to Teklkopm's customer service centre and posted on their Facebook. I've been assured that the issue will be escalated and my account credited. What does one do to cancel? I'm sure that I'm going to be blacklisted for an account that I am not paying.
