Telkom cancellations...how can it not be a scam?

Telkom cancellations...how can it not be a scam to keep on charging customers for lines that Telkom do not cancel? Imagine the Rmillions they make?
I complained to the communications ombudsman. They do not respond. What ombudsman do one complain to about the ombudman that is also becoming useless?

You know those T's & C's you didn't bother to read when signing up? Yeah they can pretty much do what they want I'd say

It seems that way...it is just very frustrating when even the ombudsman do not repsond or assist in any way.
