Telkom Cancelled my line

Since late Jan, my ADSL kept getting transferred to the holding pool. With a bit of effort I was able to transfer it back. Yesterday however, both my ADSL and landline we disconnected and my number was "disassembled". Calling the number results in a taped message saying the number doesn't exist.

After waiting on hold at Telkom for an enternity, I was informed that I cancelled the line on 27 Jan, yet I did not.

Anyone else experience anything like this ?

Lucky bugger. Ive been trying a month to get them to cancel my line and no luck.

> Phone Telkom, pretend I am the neighbor cancel "my" line

> Phone back, apply for ADSL.

> Sit back and watch netflix, I haz ADSL.
