Telkom cancels my adsl order

So for the second time now telkom has cancelled my order due to 'lack of infrastructure' even though there are people around me having adsl. Theres even an exchange just outside our estate.

what am i supposed to do to get adsl ?

There might not be any ports available on that exchange/street box...

I had the same took out LTE for 2 months on month 2 month
They came last week out of thr blue to instal my 10 meg line
