Telkom Capped issues

Has anyone been experiencing issues with Telkom this past week?

For some reason there are certain websites which I can't access. When trying to go to these websites my browser just times out.
Specific sites:
google.co.za and google plus but I'm able to access google uk and youtube
twitter
github
I've also tried pinging these websites, but to no avail

I still have international cap cause I'm still able to go to reddit.

This issue comes and goes but today it's been going on since the morning.

Had a similar problem with a TI capped account this morning where I had to revert to Telkoms DNS servers, it was failing on Googles 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4.

There was a notice about SAIX planned maintenance scheduled for today issued on Friday.

I can also not open facebook

I am having issues as well, Twitter won't load or certain parts of websites

Everything thing seems to be working again
