Telkom charging me for usage I did not use.

So I get my bill and it claims I used 19972 mb which costs R600 or so.

It is impossible for my line to use so much cap. And I was using my afrihost account most of the month.
What should I do? Phone them and argue while they will tell me to just pay for it and they will give me credit :-/

I don't have the money to do it.

I don't know. I think its a major mistake. Will phone them tomorrow. I wasn't even downloading much once the 20gb is over the speed gets cut in half and you have an extra 20gb.
