Telkom Closer internet access question

Sorry if this has been posted before, but the search function isn't working for me.

A friend is thinking of going for the Telkom Closer deals.

Now my question is, Plan 4 and 5 includes internet access, but no mention of bandwidth. Now, some people say a 1Gb or 2Gb cap is included.
Is this true? Or would he have to pay for bandwidth separately?

Closer does not come with any bandwith, you have to purchase bandwith separately. www.do.co.za have some Closer bundles that come with bandwith.
