telkom company authorization problems

Hi Guys,

need some assistance here, or at least need the telkom rep to get a hold of me....

we ordered a separate company ADSL line put in to our company, but myself and my collegue are battling to get "authorization"
apparently telkom "needs" somebody senior from our company to approve this line.

turns out the list that telkom has is EXTREMELY out of date, and many of those people are not available anymore,

I am desperately trying to get this sorted, as it needs to get signed off and installed ASAP.

Try calling the business accounts department, and ask if you can email the updated company registration documents (ck documents). Once they update the directors, you can apply for the line.
