Telkom complaints.

I have been having speed problems with my Telkom mobile internet from as far back as 12 Dec. 2019and i have been sending emails and facebook messages continuously and is told a technician will be in touch with me, but that is how far it gets.
I will post the latest speed tests that i am having to put up with and with load shedding one needs mobile internet.

What i want to know is wheter here is any Telkom person on the forum that kan give me advice pleasr.
