Does anyone here know who is the highest in the Telkom chain for me to contact by e-mail? I cannot phone because I am deaf and I really am getting sick and tired of this bull crap by Telkom, saying they are going to replace our cables but they haven't pitched up for about 3 months now. I am also getting sick and tired of having to deal with a crappy line every time I do a video-call session - Telkom is cocking up big time and I am really seriously getting fed up with this kind of service. My dad makes a call to the call centre, as it's in his business name, and he tells me they always got an excuse for everything, which is bull crap, seriously.

SOMETHING needs to be done to bring Telkom to book and get justice for this kind of crappy service from them!!!!
