And in what band are Telkom planning on running this CDMA network? Neotel is running in the (ideal) 800Mhz band right?

Guys W-CDMA = 3G/HSDPA. W-CDMA = EVDO. Technically they are the same technology just a different version.

And I am sure Telkom has tons of spare spectrum just lying around, doing nothing that they could use.
