This has been about the 6th call that i had with customer care.
Out of 4 calls just after the part where they reset my line, the call drops.
So then i get back on to wait another 15 mins, then i explain whats wrong to a new person
again. On the 5th time explain again, lady says please wait and puts me trough to some business solutions BS!
And on the on the 6th time, i could not make out one word he was saying, as it sounded like someone
talking trough a pillow
Rant over, but any other form of communication a can try ?
