I cannot understand why some manufacturers do not make it easier for the customer to obtain/upload files, especially in this day and age.

So the latest firmware (V1.2.12aj_20200605) is already 2 months old by now, it seems.

Still, it's an improvement on the out-of-the-box V1.2.12ah_20180803 firmware version, which is clearly already 2 years old!
