I just hope the 'media hype' has disgruntled any potential users from subscribing...

I feel the same, however they didnt tell anyone this upfront, which is just wrong. The type of service they are trying to offer suits me perfectly, but they only tell us this now :/

My majour problems is with the modem and the unreliable service!
