Telkom deleted my mailbox!

Oh noes.

I have been using a mailbox with telkom for about 5 years.
Last year I discontinued my Telkom 3G amid pricing..

However, I have been paying them R30 per month for the mailbox.
However, yesterday, I find that I can not authenticate onto the mail sever (pop3).

I phoned Telkom support, and guess what?
I can't go further than the voice prompts, because I don't have a telkom line!

Now how on earth do I get any help with this?

call 0800 375 375 and ask them to transfer you to the internet dudes.
 
Just keep in mind that Telkom Internet (ISP) and Telkom (Telco), are in fact operating as two seperate companies.

You are not required to have a landline to make use of Telkom Internet's products seeing as they are selling 3G and WiMAX as well.
