Oh noes.
I have been using a mailbox with telkom for about 5 years.
Last year I discontinued my Telkom 3G amid pricing..
However, I have been paying them R30 per month for the mailbox.
However, yesterday, I find that I can not authenticate onto the mail sever (pop3).
I phoned Telkom support, and guess what?
I can't go further than the voice prompts, because I don't have a telkom line!
Now how on earth do I get any help with this?
