Telkom "Direct Internet Services"

Hi,

I noticed on www.telkomsa.net that there is an advertisement for an always on, uncapped connection with a fixed IP for R2699 per month. I tried to phone Telkom and I also sent an e-mail but didn't get any response (no surprise there).

Does anyone know what it's about, and what the (inevitable) catches are?
