Telkom DNS problems

I hope somebody has some solution for me:

I have a client in Pietersburg on Telkom ADSL.

The DNS servers are set to

196.25.1.11
196.43.1.11
196.25.1.9

Quite regularly they can't send or receive email with "Server could not be found" messages.

It is intermittent - and no changes are made to the setup.

Any hints in getting a more stable system?

The top two you got there are very common. anyways can't hurt to have more.
