Telkom do advance - advice needed

below is the do advance package i am interested in. the problem is the data allocation of 20GB. i want to know if i can have this package with telkom but will they allow me to negotiate a 200Gb data cap instead of 20Gb .

has anyone done this before, is it possible ?

Get fast internet for email, browsing, banking and the occasional video chat.
20 GB SoftCap data + 20 GB Free Data (Promotional data valid until 30 June 2016)
Up to 4Mbps ADSL
1 Email account (with 3 GB of storage and 5 aliases)
Free Night Surfer data (12am - 7am)
Line rental included
Wi-Fi Enabled modem included

Myself, I'd want to change the 20+20gb to maybe 30+30gb. I'm currently on 10+10gb as they stuffed up the my upgrade, they did the line speed to 4mbps but forgot about the data

I phoned 10210 and upgraded my package within 5 minutes. Very easy process. Friendly staff too.

I was on the Do Uncapped Basic 2mbps. Upgraded to Do Uncapped Advanced 4mbps. Phoned 10210 and was sorted 5min later. Upgrade was instant.

Paying R585 for line and data. Was paying R505 for my 2mbps line and data.

All with Telkom.
