Does the telkom basic package advertised for R219 include the adsl line rental as well?

Whats the difference between the DO packages and all access?

If I'm not mistaken that package you talking about is the 5GB bundle which will include line rental.
Rather you go for the Do Basic Uncapped at R329 all inclusive.

ADSL data & ADSL Line.

Add R157 for the Telkom Voice line.

thats right because they dont mention vat in there do broadband offer.
