Telkom DoBroadband?

Hi guys,

Listen,.. i just got the dobroadband level 2 closer(R558). I think i made a mistake.
I dont need a level 3 closer plan bundled with this.

Can i convert to level1 closer and then to Dobroadband level2?
Is this the best option? And wots the best way for me to handle this with telkom?.

Or maybe i upgrade to a 3gb telkomInternet allaccess account??(witn level1 closer) cos dobroadband only offers 1gb, 2gb and 3gb accounts bundled with line.

Am i right in saying that the internet access bundled in the dobroadband packages are the telkomInternet allaccess accounts, but at reduced price? and also there are 3 options with allaccess : standard,advanced and premium. How do we know which ones we are getting with the dobroadband bundles???

any other advice?

oh ya! i'm on a 24 month contract(for free modem,i did self install) .can i cancel this? how much will they penalise me?

I really think you should read the mybroadband forums more regularly...you never never never ever ever take out a contract with Telscum!

p.s - I'm not being sarcastic...you really can save yourself a lot of painful problems by reading the forums more often....

Sorry lovie - that's why it's called a contract. Don't know how much it'll cost to break the contract but it will cost. Might actually be cheaper just to grit your teeth and live with it for 2 years
