In one of the many radio interviews RPM had, the Telkom spokesperson agressively denied that Telkom charged ADSL line rental.

Now we have it officially: The Telkom spokesperson lied!

They call it connectivity rental or some such crap. They read the forums then change their tune accordingly.

One thing they are not confused about is who to send the bill to.
I see no difference between the 2 definitions. They are both rentals and this duplication of Rental is effectively charged on one hard line and not two.
