So our company ordered a few lines to be installed around the WC including 2x new lines at our offices...

For the office we ordered a 4mbps and a 10mbps line. We ended up with a 10mbps and a 384kbps instead... So for the last two days i have being trying to get hold of the right department to have them up the speed on that line for us, but to no avail... So this morning a lady from Telkom calls me:

Telkom: Hi Sir, we see that you called the call centre this morning, can I just ask you some questions about it?
Me: Hi there, no it was actually yesterday and the day before, but anyhow, yes, ask away…
Telkom: I just wanted to enquire about how the service was and if you found the consultant that you spoke to helpful?
Me: Well if im honest, NO! I was transferred SIX times to different departments and never once ended up in the correct one! Not to mention that at each transfer I had to hold and hold and hold each time…
Telkom: Oh, sorry, never mind then… Bye *Hangs Up*

:wtf::mad::erm: Oh.... well thanks for that then! Thats how you deal with complaints now days is it?

I have a money overcharge dispute with them.
Some phoned me yesterday and told me , I saved, because they did not charge for everything.
I told him, you charge me for "free calls". I now need to go and audit my telephone account for 3 months.
At my company, they help people with account problems. Not at Telkom. Was twice at Telkom direct, their network were off line.

Telkom has lost alot of market share and income.they laid off most of the competent people to save on expenditures.so no need to explain why telkom is going down.but the investors sure want their bonuses scrw the clients...they dont need service
