I can see when 2010 rolls by.. kiss your ADSL bandwith + cap goodbey.
 
Ahem, the way the nets been behaving the last week also it looks like they've already implemented new throttles . . .
 
If Telkom has enough badwidth to cover us well past the WC2010 then why do they start crying and whining when someone 'abuses' their system by downloading a few extra Gigs.
