Telkom DSL eXchange ( PLEASE Help )

i have been browsing the Web JUST Perfectly LAST Month ..........

and now ......

since yesterday morning The DSL has been going up and down NON Stop.

i live in Claremont Harfield Village.

Can ANYONE share their stories about their DSL !!!!!!!!!!.

NOT only the DSL but the land lines hasnt been working
