Is anyone else in KZN (PMB, DBN, RBay, etc) Having problems with Latency and Packet Loss regardless of the ISP they use?

Is anyone else in KZN (PMB, DBN, RBay, etc) Having problems with Latency and Packet Loss regardless of the ISP they use?

PMB user here. Had this problem since about 10 days ago. Problem comes and goes, but seems to get worst in the late afternoon. Mornings and during the day no problem, but from about 4 it all goes for a ball of ***** My 10Mb line feels like a 512k when I try and stream at night.
