Telkom DSL Support, no answering?

Im trying to get through to telkom DSL Support, im calling

0800 DSL DSL, but i'm not getting through, i've been holding for hours,WTF!!!

Anyone know of a direct number perhaps. I want to up my line sync to see if my line is stable on a higher sync...

I have a phone with a speaker. So I usually put it on speaker and go about my bussiness until I hear a person answers. Usually that wont help much or they transfer you. To the same department. Happend to me last time. They transfered me but wait Im still at the same department. They are sooo useless!!!!!!
