Telkom Email Address Access

Hi, my access to my email account has been suspended due to account cancellation after cable theft and the lines not being replaced - they suspended the email address without my knowledge and I need to access my mail. How to I get telkom to help me with this. Can email be re-instated? Surely my email will be on a server somewhere?
I would greatly appreciate some help.

... but it's possible that the email address has been dumped if you're no longer paying for TI data. You might be able to reinstate the email address as a stand alone service, I have a couple of "TI Mailbox"'s @ R13.76 excl each that I keep from old capped accounts.

Yes, You will need to phone telkom and have a chat to them. Your best course of action maybe just to buy their cheapest capped data package which comes with a mailbox.
