Telkom Email Address Woes

For the past 16 years I have had the same telkomsa.net email address without any problems. That is, until Feb 2018 when my email address was blacklisted for spam. This has resulted in me receiving emails only but not being able to send. Needless to say, after countless emails and telcons with Telkom, nobody there is able to (or don't want to) resolve this issue for me.
I had no other option but to create a gmail email address as I am paying a monthly fee for only 50% service.
How do I go about cancelling this telkom email address immediately.

Furthermore, I moved my 94 yr old Mom to a frailcare centre and cancelled her landline in Jan last year, but she is still receiving a monthly account, so I can only assume her number has not been disconnected and is being used illegally by someone else.
My constant emails to Telkom and the completed service cancellation forms have been sent to them over and over again.
What else can be done?
