Hi,

The other day I had a question and emailed Telkom (although this seemed like a bad idea if they can't even answer their phones promptly). I got a reply to my question in about 5 minutes! Just thought I'd let everyone know :)

You sure that was not an Automated Message Reply, hope they answered you fully as majority of there staff have no clue, what's going on into today error.

I'm sure it was not automated :P
